Do not invent the base rate
The server max is 10, and the homepage says why “1 in 10, then doubled” is not an official formula. The pass says the odds are raised by 2x. It does not publish the weight used before the pass, or whether more than one pass owner changes the draw.
The product-info Sales field came back as 0. This page does not treat that as a real sales total.
The free cosmetic is separate: like the game and join the group.
